Slate™ shingles massive, extra-thick tabs and specially blended color palette create the look of real slate shingles. Their super heavy-weight plus construction with Micro Weave® Core makes them thicker than many other premium asphalt shingles. They have a double row of Dura Grip® adhesive that seals each shingle tightly and reduces the risk of shingle blow-off. Slate shingles are warranted to withstand winds up to 130 mph. They have a lifetime limited transferable warranty with Smart Choice® Protection for the first 10 years. Also, StainGuard® Algae Discoloration limited warranty is available. For a great finish, use the distinctive Timbertex® Ridge Cap Shingles.
